BLOG: The Secret of Our Success in Studying and Teaching English
The aim of this project is for the students from five different European countries(Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Spain, and Poland) and aged between 10-18 from different type of schools(primary, secondary,grammar, and technical) to create an awareness that they all share the same community with similar cultures and educational systems. We will compose the multicultural and multinational mosaic of different types of schools via activities that are related with topics of youngsters' interests (ecology, geography, cuisine, the educational systems, habits, daily life, traditions, and so on). Italian, Greek, Bulgarian, Spanish, and Polish students, 16 from each country, will communicate with one another by using different means of communication. They will discuss the current content of the book that will be created thanks to their blogs. The meetings in each of these five countries will serve for having closer mutual acquintance. The project also aims to take the full advantage of ICT in order to improve learning opportunities for everyone, especially for weaker students. We would like to encourage the participants of this project to broaden their knowledge of other cultures and show them how people from different European countries promote and preserve their cultural sights.
